Sign Your Authorization Card!

Forming a union is a democratic process.

We intend to obtain union recognition by having a majority of WWU Operational Student Employees (OSEs) sign union authorization cards. When a majority of us sign cards to authorize our representation by UAW, the Washington State Public Employee Relations Commission will count the cards and approve our petition to form a union. We then hope to begin bargaining with WWU. No one will pay any dues or fees until the collective bargaining agreement has been approved by a vote of OSEs.
